A very good stay on a vacation. Particularly good and lovely location with amazing view of the sea. English breakfast with coffee, slices of fresh bread, pastries and eggs to choose from.

The room we got was absolutely perfect and immaculate with kitchenette for self catering, everything was wonderful.

The stunning ocean view from our balcony was remarkable, and the breakfast spread exceeded expectations with fresh fruits and pastries. However, the pool area felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

Good service, I loved amazing food.

I was there for 7 nights and ate at beach restaurant with a great atmosphere. Its location was indeed magnificent and only 5 minutes walk from a public beach...

We would recommend this hotel. Very good breakfast and helpful staff for lovely stay. Praia da Rocha district deserves to be explored. The food was fab with a great selection of choice!

The hotel was gorgeous and deserves each of the four stars!! It was excellent value and I would definately stay there again.

We recently returned from a holiday in Praia de Rocha and stayed at the Hotel de Rocha for 9 nights. The hotel is very close to the Beach, Shops, Restaurants, Night life. Hotel Rocha is modern and has all Mod Cons. Staff were very friendly and mannerly. Rooms were of good size. We had a Classic room but we did get a look into the Sea View rooms. The rooms are the same, but the view from them is amazing. Definately worth spending the extra to book a sea view room. Have no hesitation in recommeding this hotel to friends and family, and have already recommended it to my friend who is going there in a few weeks and will be staying at the hotel.

The swimming pool is small and is surrounded by ugly buildings. But you would not want to spend time at the pool because the beach is so beautiful and views, sitting at a small pool would not be on my agenda. Maybe for children it is fine, it gets the shade in the afternoon so its perfect for people who cannot sit in the sun all day.

Location, very spacious, good design, modern, clean, great bed/ bedding/ linen. Nice restaurant (unpretentious/ accommodating)

It would be nice to have wifi throughout the hotel, and in the rooms. They have 2 computers hooked up at the lobby for the guests to use, but the wifi is precarious, even there. With the wifi my recommendation would a lot stronger.

The Hotel location is beside the beach which is ideal. The staff are helpful and polite. The Hotel is very modern and well maintained. The rooms/bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would definately return to Hotel Rocha and recommend the hotel to our friends.

The location was fantactic just a few steps and we were on the beach. The rooms were of a high standard, modern and very clean. The hotel structure seems to block out noise and the bed was huge so we slept like babies every night. I will be returning to this hotel again.

A coffe maker and a larger fridge would be good. But this is only a minor complaint. I would not recommend the hotel to large families who prefer to cook while on holiday because the kitchen facilities are minimal. We left the kids at home so we could afford to eat out every night in the great selection of restaurants that were on our doorstep.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and to a high standard. Where the hotel was located is fantastic with the main street and beach on the doorstep of the hotel. At night there was no noise disturbing our sleep. Overall a recommended hotel for low cost yet comfortable accommodation.

The only negative was the beds were 2 kingsized singles rather than a double.

I liked this hotel, and thought that the staff is extremely friendly. They really make you feel at home, and have an excellent attitute - very helpful. The rooms are large, and they are very comfortable. I though that the cleaning staff did an excellent job as well, keeping the rooms impecabily clean. This is right on the beach, and next to the main attractions, restaurants and nighlife. An excellent choice.

Breakfast could be slightly better. Parking is a problem, and can be expensive.

The room was lovely and really spacious. The pool was good although it's location meant that after 4pm the sun wasn't on it and it got quite cold. The location was excellent, it is just across the road from the beach and only minutes away from the main strip. The staff were helpful although one or two were quite abrupt and unhelpful.

The breakfast wasn't very good.

I loved how everything I desired was just a short walk away, with amazing restaurants and the beach just minutes from my room. The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

The Hotel is in beach front which is perfect we choose a sea view with lovely views but you need to be on a top floor as it can be quiet nosy on a night as its on the main street of bars. The rooms are very comfortable and great big beds and very stylish would stay there again if we return to Praia da Rocha in Portugal.
